Seeding.

Any farmer knows that any successful crop is based on planting good seeds. It all begins with good genetics. We researched and tested our genetics over two years to develop the most hearty, resilient, and productive hemp plants on the market today. Building.

Building a successful farm needs a solid plan. Membership in the co-op provides you support in a community that cares about your business. From selecting the proper grow location for your farm, finding resources to build your ag business like grants, loans, and research that puts your dreams in clear view, to implementing your specific grow plan. You’ve never had a community like this.

Harvesting.

Planting the seeds is only half the work. After the farmer finds the proper site, gets the necessary equipment and supplies to support a healthy crop, and is blessed with a good growing environment - we pray for good weather and get ready to harvest. Harvesting hemp is the most delicate and time-sensitive time of year for the hemp farmer. Our members cooperate to help each other succeed where we can. Labor trades, equipment rentals, processor sharing, all make the work worth it.

Branding.

40 Acre Co-op has been working to build industry partnerships for grants, business contracts , online e-commerce marketing, social media marketing branding, and distribution. Membership in an artisan farmer community that advocates for justice, equity, quality, and fairness in the marketplace for our members which include social equity business owners, small farmers, indigenous farmers, farmers of color, women, and other marginalized people from rural communities.

We took over two years of pheno-hunting and testing strains to create Wunder x Woman, and we are confident she is the top tier of hemp varietals on the market today.
